A Taste Of Tar
(Oops)

Does Obama truly believe that he's found a way
To justify the risks of the KXL pipeline?

What risks can its construction possibly have?
Unless they start it up and fill it with tar, it should be fine.

Only then, where from the inside of the pipe came, "I can see sky"?
Will the leaks, ruptures and spills make aquifers die.
Go ahead and build it. That's where the jobs are.
Hopefully not in the cleanup of any spilled tar.

Republicans want jobs? Then why the sequester?
Think of the millions they put out of work.
No way can the pipeline create as many positions
As were lost by each and every G.O.P. jerk.

Who will be forced to drink water that Nestle bottles
From those Arkansas rivers
the pipeline will pollute?
"Does their water taste funny to any of you?
Could we be tasting that KXL tar? Oh, shoot!"
