Causing the NRA to shutdown
While the NRA's maligned.
Almost always the guns are military,
And not intended for fun
Without a well armed adversary,
There goes the NRA's reputation.
But shutting down means shutting up,
Keeping their LaPierre mum.
Suppose then that
their bottom line dries up.
Could happen unless LaPierre beats his drum.
How'd they be able to threaten the Congress?
How'd they make governors shake in their boots?
Could gun manufacturers start making bombs?
Those very same guys with whom Wayne's in cahoots?
Apocalyptic as it may seem,
Psychotic shooters need not learn how to play
Or change what they shoot under LaP.'s regime
While the NRA changes its name to,
You guessed it, Where's-the-evidence? NBA,
"Bombs away!"
