While fighting Obamacare for the elderly, poor, and the middleclass,
On the wrong side of the argument denying man-made climate change,
Yet baffled and surprised when the public starts kicking their ass.
For Stevie Harper and his petrostate lackeys
Exhausting Canadian reserves of natural gas
In pursuit of what appeared limitless to them,
The profits Alberta's tar sands and bitumen would let them amass.
George W. Bush was not particularly bright,
But compared to these others, Bushie was Einstein.
Starting unwinnable wars, testing the next generation of kids,
Then retiring to listen to his successors whine.
