Bamboozled By Bushies
Again
Has the Congress been bamboozled
by the Treasury and the Fed?
Is our seven hundred billion
being used for what they said?
We should have known these Bushies,
like the rest, could not be trusted
With the loot for which they and
their Bushie banker buddies lusted,
Demanding there be no control
over who'd be getting what,
Like excess Katrina trailers that Brownie
too late bought for naught;
Like the armor for our troops they hoped
would someday trickle-down;
Like making State's Blackwater Bushies
the best paid game in town.
Forget accountability.
Can they tell us what they've spent?
For whom? For what? Forever
not disclosing where what went?
Yes, with Bushie, Cheney, Addison
and Hank above the law
Because of signing statements
no other idiots foresaw.
