CNBC Trusts Cramer?
Cramer will love Public Private Investment Funds

Will Deutsche Bank securitize
    PPIFs for Jim
So he can tell 'Mad Money' fans
how good they look to him?

"They've great upside potential"
until his buddies sell them short
Which only happens when they need to
    "as a last resort"

When a leech like Steny Hoyer
hints his campaign needs more dough.
His BofA TARP trickle-down
    can seem a trifle slow.

Of course some shares Jim's pals sell short
    they often can't deliver,
Generating profits that
    set Cramer's heart aquiver.

But Congress will know what to do
    to get those profits back.
They'll tax their hedge fund matress money
trusting Jim to blow his stack.
