Faster To Pick It Up
("That's the FedEx advantage?")

Does FedEx deliver? Not if they can help it.
Seems they'd rather you would come pick it up
So FedEx can squeak by with far fewer drivers,
And think of the gas they don't have to burn up.

How much do they pay you for doing their job?
What kind of a refund does FedEx provide?
What would they do if when we picked up
We demanded the refund that should be supplied?

Does FedEx "do" mail? They surely would love to
Take over the Post Office and charge a lot more

To let you pick up at a FedEx "office"
Rather than deliver as mail was before.

They now admit pick up can be a lot faster
Than waiting for them to bring it to your door.

But wasn't "faster delivery" the FedEx advantage?
"Faster" was what we thought we'd paid them extra for.
