From the moment they started their goal was suspect, But who could forsee all the Snarks they'd detect? Not just those Ashcroft & Bush-ignored Saudies, But a lovely assortment of baddies and naughties. A Bushie attorney who needs a cellmate? Sub-prime mortgage brokers who've jacked up the rate? Or Snarks who naively helped Bushie enact The First Indiscriminatory Snarks Act? Somebody in Congress? Are you sure of that? IQ's more than twenty and they won't let you in. Plus ethics are poison for today's bureaucrat, How many times can you be born again? So who was the author and who wrote the bill? In Congress big bill writing counts. Yet here is a case where if you rob the till, Verizon will know who wired what to whom And in almost ev'ry case the amounts.
