Funding The Taliban Corruption here and there Who funds the Afghan Taliban? Who provides their "spoils of war"? Here it's called "protection money", what Congress hits up Aetna for. Call them "shakedowns" or "extortions". It's the percent the Taliban Gets from foreign aid assistance, plus something extra for The Man. The Man is Hamid Karzai. The assistance comes from us. On Wall Street and in Congress that's referred to as cost plus. How sad they'd blow taxpayer dollars on a health care plan deserter. But using them to kill our boys? They're accomplices to murder!
