Making Private Prisons Profitable
(Wall Street lobbies against legalized marijauna)

Don't send rich Republicans to public prisons.
Weren't private prisons designed just for them?
But only when we Democrats take back the House
Will we find enough Vitters that we can condemn

To fill them up the way Wall Street intended
When they lobbied to privatize incarceration.
Public facilities have never seemed adequate
To that top ten percent who're avoiding taxation.

So how do they expect private prisons to flourish
Knowing such a paltry percent qualifies?
Do they intend to include lower class victims
By finding more things they can criminalize?

Will Ron and Barney have to fight City Hall
And all prison owners that Wall Street supports?
Legalized marijuana may be the salvation
Of all who're too poor to be friends of the courts.

Clarence Thomas and spouse spurn non-millionaires.
Show Ginni those greenbacks or languish in prison,
Much to the delight of those Wall Street investors
Whose prospects for profits from prisons have risen.
