Moody's Skins E. Stanley O'Neal Again Those who were suing E. Stanley O'Neal for what he made off with from Merrill Are making arrangements for him to continue over Niagara Falls in a barrel. They figure he's probably already squandered most of those millions on Citigroup stock, That what BofA has learned about Merrill was what Stan had told Thain and mostly a crock. Moody's assured him his moving to Citi would force them to upgrade it nearly to B, But never made clear, and Stan failed to notice, the sad fact that nearly a B is still C, A C Parsons and Rubin were taking to D, ignoring the promise of Stan's nearly B. Moody's had skinned poor E. Stanley again, so more Moody's suits are a matter of when. But timing is critical. E. Stan knows they are suits that he needs and must now count upon. Life in that barrel, no matter how short, is colder than where he will go when he's gone.
