Take Rand Paul for instance, the terrorists' pal – Gas explosions wherever – he can't cause enough. Why require shut-offs to minimize danger? No regulation is Rand's kind of fluff. But why has the promise of few regulations Failed to set off a huge hiring surge? Do corporations have no faith in Boehner? Haven't even a few felt a hiring urge?
