Plundering the Public

(Mitt was hired to try to concentrate the wealth.)

Congratulations to you and me.
Florida's Sea World could be admission free.
Why not when you and I pay all their taxes?
Which killer whales were you dying to see?

But how long will it be till they fire the whales?
Will Blackstone return the poor dears to the sea?
No way. By selling the whales Blackstone will make millions.
Mitt's a prime prospect. His kiddie pool will accommodate three.

Without the tax loopholes Mitt could be needy like us,
His inheritance and chutzpah most likely long gone,
With Ann working part time driving a school bus
And Mitt selling bow ties, the kind that clip on.

But, no, there's a tax code he's been hired to "fix"
As the front man for his rogues gallery of rich sugar daddies.
They can ill afford to see Obama deep-six
The tax loopholes that make the Kochs the kings of the baddies,

And prevent Blackstone from freeing their whales
Instead of being featured in their fire sales.
What a shock to rich Geezers if their private equity
Could no longer fuel Wall Street's financial inequity…

But beware lack of transparency. Blackstone leaves no trails.
There are no warning labels attached to their whales.
