Political Hypocrisy (Or are they agents for Communist Chinese bankers?) Republicans warned of a slowdown in spending Before midterm elections could augment their ranks. They're old and they're tired and in need of assistance Disguising the earmarks that tell donors, 'Thanks.' Yet they used earmarks they'd already written – After telling the press they're something Mitch doesn't do – As spurious targets they needed to vote down In order to scuttle the bill they're attached to? Is this symptomatic of future inaction? What makes Mitch think the Chinese won't complain? What if they foreclose on the the Capitol building? Tax cuts? Bad credit? Thirty years of chow mein! These nefarious tactics are typical Mitch, A man with no conscience who manipulates rules To blackmail opponents and block legislation By playing the rest of the Congress for fools. You'd think they'd wise up to his plans to do nothing But share his religious obsession with 'No'. That's working out well for both Kyl and DeMint Who'll be working on Christmas but not on 'Morning Joe'.
