Saying Next To Nothing
CNBC blows it again

CNBC stock pickers
are superb at what the do,
Talking down each other and
    annoying me and you
While saying next to nothing
    about Goldman's dark pool trade.
Do they know next to nothing
about how those trades are made?

Do you suppose that that's because
    Lloyd's bonus plan is key
To not revealing what they're up to
    to the SEC?
That those flash-orders that they've claimed
    that they would never do,
Their dark pool they call Sigma X
    doth happily pursue?

But then that Russian hi-tech guy
    absconded with their code.
Must be his bonus was too small
and so he hit the road,
Alerting MSNBC
    CNBC had failed
By not selecting dark pools as
the scam at which they railed.

Unless Shapiro's SEC
    starts regulating pools,
We'll find that Goldman, once again,
has played us all for fools.
