SCOTUS Black Hoodies

(And, yes, DeMint says they are crotchless)

Clarence, a Republican politician? He tries.
By refusing to recuse himself, he qualifies.
A Justice? When awake, well, maybe, perhaps…
But why SCOTUS welfare with those lengthy bench-naps?
That can't be the impression that John Roberts wants,
But it is the Republican conditioned response.

Though he, too, is on welfare, Scalia plays politician.
Put his image on your card; achieve quick recognition,
But you're going to end up listed on DeMint's terror watch.
He's banned flying in hoodies that lack a crotch.
Who's DeMint's assistant in checking them out?
Weaselly Lindsey, without a doubt.

Of course Romney's expecting four SCOTUS endorsements
But who pays whom how much for them we may never know.
Have they been entrusted with Koch Brothers dough?
Transparency's not part of their GOP show.
