Like the
Army of God, SCOTUS judges decide
Which rules apply, but only to others, not them.
They put on their black masks and
don their black robes
That give them the right to forgive or condemn.
Ginni can raise millions for undisclosed causes,
One of which could be the Army of God.
But they've publicized the mischief they're up to.
You think Clarence is bothered by her firing squad?
When
he and Scalia attend Koch seminars,
Do they recuse themselves or even pause
Before rendering another conservative verdict
That favors a
Koch anti-government cause?
The Army of God shoots one Doc at a time.
But a SCOTUS decision puts the power of God
In the hands of unscrupulous judges who think
Justice is served though
the ethics are flawed.
But
SCOTUS without ethics? Morning Joe without Mika!
Old Boys so absorbed with their own politics
They forget that we need well considered opinions
Without the appearance needing a fix.
