Solving California's Prison Problem
(ALEC secretly lobbies for Federal assistance)

Despicable Cantor promotes Ryan for POTUS.
Let's hope that Paul Ryan's returning the favor.
That's surely the hope of the Tea Party Congress
And most politicians of a much bluer flavor.

For Ryan's time bomb could be a deterrent
And take the two of them out of contention.
Will Ryan retire and become part of ALEC?
Has he heard Maddoff begging for private detention?

That is what ALEC has long lobbied for,
But no one dared hope they could buy the high court.
Now it says California needs more or less:
More prisons or less of the need-to-be-jailed sort.

Outsourcing, of course, is the obvious answer.
CCA will take all Jerry Brown wants to ship,
Till Arizona's full-up, then Oklahoma,
In tornado alley for an Inhofe field trip.
