Wall Street's 'Economists'
Chicago's Eugene Fama; Harvard's Larry Summers

Some old dogs can't learn new tricks;
    other dogs aren't so inclined.
Chicago guru, 'Bubbles' Fama,
and 'Rosy' Summers come to mind.

Would 'Bubbles' know one if he saw one?
He, too, doesn't have a clue
Why the fates that favored Wall Street
chose to snooker me and you.

"Sloppy" thinking? Why blame Wall Street?
Why claim bankers were the cause?
Why acknowledge Alan Greenspan's
    Robert Rubin's Santa Claus?

Summers views the current turmoil
    through self-prescribed rose-colored glasses.
Why upset his Wall Street handlers
    to appease our teeming masses?

He'll make sure reform attempts
are geared to save Obama's face
And sinecures for future lobbyists
    he'll of necessity replace.
