One wants land; the other oil; both need security, None of which seems likely given present policy For neighboring constituents with their divergent views: Shia, Kurds and Sunnis; Christians, Muslims, Jews. The goal of each you'd think would be avoiding civil war, Insurgencies and terror — that's what we hired them for — With a single state solution for each leader's group of three, Instead of smaller warring states, each with autonomy.
