I sign each bill; I never veto; Why the hell should I? The 'signing statement' that I sign says stick it in your eye. If I don't like the way their new bill reads, I disregard it. Let Congress cry, and moan, and groan when they see me graveyard it. If I don't put it in effect, if I don't execute it, They might as well have all stayed home; why bother to dispute it?
