I sign each bill;
I never veto;
Why the hell should I?
The 'signing statement' that I sign
   says stick it in your eye.
If I don't like the way their new bill reads,
   I disregard it.
Let Congress cry, and moan, and groan
   when they see me graveyard it.

If I don't put it in effect,
   if I don't execute it,
They might as well have all stayed home;
   why bother to dispute it?
As The Decider I'm the one
   who has the final say.
I'm sure our founding fathers knew
   things should be this way.
