But he can't, and it won't, and they certainly don't. They are woefully under-equipped: Unarmored humvees; inadequate vests; Despite what Bush claims they've been gypped. Gypped by his lack of detailed preparation – Gypped by decisions to go it alone – Gypped by the contractors Rummy outsourced to – Gypped by his cutting all costs to the bone. Missing a finger, an arm or a leg; So many so horribly maimed. Has Bush shown remorse? You're kidding, of course not – Nor shown he's the least bit ashamed.
