Intelligence, what is it? It's never done that much for me. I learned to count to ten. I mouth it to myself but then Botch it when I try it publicly. Like with Iraq and Iran, I bought the hype, Went after the guys they said got some pipe. Those sheiks with centrifuges I let be. Are the geniuses who tipped us any smarter Than the dummies who believed it, The Dick and Me? With me it's balls or nothin'. Intelligence does nothin' for me. Without Dick Cheney's balls Our pre-emptive warfare stalls And ends up letting terrorists go free. When I get off my duff And reveal my new plan So the Air Force can switch to bombing Iran, Iraq will look like a God-blessed victory, And you can rest assured your Shia grand-kids Will attribute their salvation to The Dick and Me.
